American microhouse maker Kasita designed and developed a container house that adapts to your moods. But of course it's much more than that: they figured out a way to syncronize over 60 different IoT (Internet of Things) devices, so your phone, your TV, your computer will talk to not only each other, but to your lightbulbs, your fridge, your central heating, and perhaps your oven or microwave.
The Kasita is designed to be manufactured like cars, and is also modular - so you can stack them on each other, or stick them nex to each other to get another room. A non-luxury edition of a Kasita could also work greatly in catastrophe-like situations, or as refugee homes. Although the luxury edition micro house is currently priced around 140,000 USD.
