The most advanced location and navigation system in the building facilitates helps to find the empty parking spaces, and in the mall it helps customers to find the selected shops or services through a mobile app.
The building is accommodating 180 retail units arranged over three commercial levels featuring all major fashion stores, restaurants, a multiplex cinema and other various entertainment elements.
The mall is located in the top multi-modal public transportation hub of South Budapest. It is estimated that nearly 165 000 people per day use the Kelenföld M4 subway station, the regional train station and the bus station. Around 236 000 people live in the immediate area, an unusually high number for Budapest due to the large number of apartments in community housing, which make this one of the city’s largest areas in terms of population density.
The mall is part of the Futureal Group's largest real estate development project so far. The Etele Mall is scheduled to open in 2020.
